Passage Plans
The goals of the passage plan are to:

  • Promote safety whilst piloting in the Port of Dampier;
  • Allow bridge teams to plan their bridge resource management accordingly; and
  • Plan berth to berth passage plan.

 Guidelines to meet MSWA objectives include:

  • Observance of safe pilotage practices;
  • Identification of and implementation of safeguards against risks;
  • Provision of bridge resource management; and
  • Observation of  International, National, State and Port regulatory and statutory requirements.
